 Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh mint (discard stems)
2 limes (each cut into 8 wedges)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup of canned, crushed pineapple
1 cup light rum
4 cups of ice cubes
1 cup of club soda
